JAIOS operating framework enters service in early July.
2026年7月初旬、JAIOS体制が稼働。企業の方針、知識、専門機能、日々の事業活動を、一つの目的のもとに結ぶ最初の段階。
In early July 2026, JAIOS began operating as a shared framework connecting enterprise direction, knowledge, specialist capabilities and everyday operations. Its first stage brings activities that once moved separately into a more continuous organisational rhythm.
Why the framework began here
企業のなかでは、知識、判断、専門性が、それぞれ異なる場所で育まれます。JAIOSはその意味を保ちながら、次の事業へつながる共通の背景をつくります。

方針、インテリジェンス、実行、ガバナンス、記録。それぞれの役割を保ちながら、一つの運営モデルのなかで連携します。専門機能がつながっても、承認の境界や成果の根拠が曖昧にならない構成です。
Direction, intelligence, execution, governance and evidence remain distinct, while moving within one operating model. This allows specialist functions to work together without obscuring approval boundaries or the source behind an outcome.

JAIOS MAIL extends the framework to research, editorial composition, localisation, audience context, preview and delivery preparation. The aim is a considered path from what an organisation intends to say to how that communication is received and remembered.
