JAIOS governance framework enters service in early July.
2026年7月初旬、JAIOS Institutional Governanceのガバナンス体制が稼働。権限、専門確認、承認、Evidence、監査、公開統制を担い、企業活動は各責任主体へ帰属。
In early July 2026, JAIOS Institutional Governance began operating its framework for authority, specialist review, approval, Evidence, audit and publication control. Enterprise activities remain assigned to their responsible entities.
Why governance is explicit
重要な判断では、企業活動の責任主体を保ちながら、権限、専門確認、承認、Evidence、監査の条件を明確にする。
Material decisions require visible authority, review, approval, Evidence and audit conditions while the responsible enterprise entity retains ownership of its activity.
Distinct responsibilities, one accountable process
方針、分析、実行、ガバナンス、記録は、それぞれ別の責任です。各機能がいつ関与し、誰が承認し、どの記録を残すかを運営手順として定めます。
Direction, analysis, execution, governance and evidence remain separate responsibilities. The framework defines when each function enters the work, who approves it and what record remains.
Publication follows the same controls
調査、起案、多言語化、公開確認には、担当と承認条件を置きます。対外文面は、公開日時点で確認できる根拠に照らして確定します。
Research, drafting, localisation and release review follow stated ownership and approval conditions. Public wording is checked against the evidence available at the release date.
