A reproducible development baseline for JUNCA Social Ecosystem Chain protocol work has been integrated. It standardises the runtime, developer tools, safety diagnostics and local acceptance procedures without changing Mainnet, moving assets or activating a bridge.

The release path now requires a newly built immutable candidate from the hardened runtime lineage. The earlier candidate is retained only for audit and rollback reference.
